These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Strategos Loop website and the free resources it provides, operated by Strategos Loop ("we", "us" or "our"). By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Strategos Loop offers educational business-strategy content in two forms. Free resources — the six worksheets, the self-assessment and the book in full — are released after you provide a name and email address. Paid products — the Complete Manual — are sold through Amazon. Amazon is the seller of record for those purchases: it takes payment, charges any applicable tax, delivers the file and handles refunds under its own terms, which govern the transaction. We do not process payments on this site. A printed or Kindle edition of the book may also be sold through Amazon on the same basis. We may add, change, or discontinue any part of the site at any time.
All content, tools, assessments, and resources are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, tax, investment, or other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your specific situation. Any business decisions you make are your own responsibility.
No guarantee of results. Business results depend on many factors outside our control. Any examples, case studies, statistics, or testimonials describe particular situations and are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve similar results.
The Strategos Loop name, the model and its terminology, the logo, and all site content, text, graphics, and materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license below, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, or redistribute our content without our prior written permission.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use our free tools, worksheets and book for your own personal or internal business use. The same licence applies to the paid manual once purchased. In both cases the licence is for you and your organisation: it does not permit resale, redistribution, or use of the material to deliver paid training or consulting to third parties without our written permission. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or present them as your own, or remove any branding or notices.
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, scrape it at scale, submit false information, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Our site may link to third-party websites and products (for example, purchasing the book on Amazon). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, products, or their terms and privacy practices. Any purchase you make through a third party is governed by that third party's terms.
The website and all resources are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
